Grapple at the Garden on the Short Time Wrestling Podcast

itunes-insert-adThe cure for that Thanksgiving hangover will come on November 29 as Madison Square Garden in New York City will host its fourth Grapple at the Garden event. On Episode 223 of the Short Time Wrestling Podcast, we'll visit again with the Director of Sports Events for MSG, Dylan Wanagiel to talk about this year's event.

With 22 colleges in attendance and a number of local youth and high school athletes on the docket, the Grapple at the Garden is becoming a true showcase of college wrestling set with the World's Most Famous Arena as its backdrop.

Wanagiel will talk about all the logistics that go into staging an event at one of the world's busiest venues and how MSG has worked through those logistics to put on a tremendous early-season event and he'll also break down some of the things that will go into the 2016 NCAA Division I Championships at MSG.

There's also an “Easter Egg” in this episode, see if you can find it.
