Frank Molinaro rejoins the show after a few weeks away from Blacksburg. The Virginia Tech assistant coach joins Episode 61 of Inside Virginia Tech Wrestling to talk about his trip to Krasnoyarsk, Russia, which for those of you wondering where that is – it's in Siberia.

Molinaro talks about the acclimation, his performance and how he's been balancing coaching and family with such ventures. He'll also explain how tough it is to come back from an overseas trip and get into the flow of things, especially as it relates to Ohio State heavyweight Kyle Snyder, who was on the trip with Molinaro at the Yarygin and then wrestled a dual meet stateside later that week.

We'll then tackle the North Carolina performances and have some lineup chatter because Ryan Blees is settling in at 149, B.C. LaPrade is currently out with an injury and two-time All-American Solomon Chiskho is now up at 157, too.
