Catullo points to two real “leaps of faith” when it comes to landing as an assistant coach on Kerry McCoy's staff. The first was right out of college after graduating from West Virginia.
We talk with Catullo about his journey through coaching, how the staff has been having to deal with a rough season, and how being married to a former women's lacrosse coach has helped when navigating the world of college coaching.
