Frank Popolizio is always a busy guy. He doesn't seem to have time to sleep in between coaching wrestling, coaching more wrestling, running events and even birthing cattle. On Episode 363 of the Short Time Wrestling Podcast, we'll talk with Popolizio about the upcoming Journeymen/MyHouse Northeast Duals and Collegiate Classic.

A solid core of teams are coming back to the Capital region of New York with third-ranked Oklahoma State and eighth-ranked NC State as two of the most notable teams. Popolizio will explain why the event, now in its 15th year, has morphed into a two-day, two-format, two-venue situation and what's been good about the process.

He also explains why you shouldn't leave a gate open with a bull in the field.

Also, SHORT TIME is now on SPOTIFY! Details on where and how to listen are coming soon.

As noted in the post-show comments, ODU Hall of Fame inductee Jeff Rusak was mentioned. Here's the article about the former ODU wrestler who is now a Virginia Beach firefighter who helped amidst the turmoil in Puerto Rico after the hurricanes.
