DeBoer is a longtime collegiate volleyball coach and the current Executive Director of the American Volleyball Coaches Association. DeBoer brings an intriguing and dynamic take on what the differences are between coaching men and women and how wrestling coaches can take what she's learned over the years and apply it to coaching both genders.

DeBoer also explains how she once believed there was no difference in the habits of men and women when it came to sports. She's a convert and she'll tell you why. She'll recap some of her presentation and what the Olympic sports coaches associations are doing to help preserve their sports on the college level
