With the USA Wrestling Cadet & Junior Nationals on the horizon, the Virginia Wrestling Roundup fires up Episode 6 with VAWA Executive Director Andrew Farrar and Washington & Lee assistant coach Adam Wilson.

The first portion of the show, we'll talk more about Washington & Lee, the oldest Division III wrestling program in the state of Virginia. Wilson is in his second year working under W&L coach Nathan Shearer and things are starting to move upward for the Generals program.

Wilson's a Michigan native who wrestled for coach Todd Hibbs at Olivet College and then got into coaching full-time in Lexington. We'll talk about recruiting, the academic profile of W&L and the fact the school hosted the 1936 NCAA wrestling championships.

Farrar will then break down the recent performances from the VAWA teams at the East Coast Duals, Schoolboy Duals and Cadet Duals. We'll also go into what to look forward to in Fargo, the training camp and the updates VAWA has planned for the week.
