The annual NWCA Convention and CEO Leadership Academy came to a close in Fort Lauderdale, Florida earlier this month. With a recap of the convention and some of the happenings that went on, we'll talk with NWCA Executive Director Mike Moyer.

Moyer will be joined by Division III Coaches Association President and co-founder of the World Wrestling Resource Jon McGovern to talk about a few of the relevant topics that came out of the convention.

Keys to Episode 31 of the World Wrestling Resource Podcast are talk about adding new programs, making wrestling a one-semester sport, the formation of the Blue Ribbon Task Force and the NWCA Strategic Plan as well as the NWCA Leadership Academy and how a board restructuring is going to impact all the college wrestling programs in the country.
